Refund policy

Returns and exchanges
1. Cancellations after ordering, as well as returns and exchanges after receipt of the product, are not permitted under any circumstances. However, this does not apply in the case of defective products, incorrect products, or other reasons recognized by The Company.
2. Returns or exchanges of products due to defects, etc. may only be made if the member contacts The Company within 7 days after receiving the product. Please note that if the item is out of stock, The Company will not be able to exchange the item. In this case, The Company will address the issue using an alternative method.
3. Other details regarding product returns, exchanges, and other matters shall be in accordance with separate regulations established by The Company.

 

返品、交換
1. ご注文後のキャンセル及び商品受領後の返品、交換は一切できないものとします。但し、不良品、商品違い、その他弊社が認める事由に該当する場合はこの限りではありません。
2. 不良品等を理由とする商品の返品交換は、会員が商品を受領した後7日以内に弊社に連絡した場合に限り行うことができるものとします。尚、在庫切れの場合、商品を交換する事ができませんので予めご了承願います。この場合には別の方法により対応させて頂きます。
3. その他、商品の返品交換等についての詳細は、弊社の別途定める規定に従うものとします。
